We are organised in three departments: Policy & Research, Communications, and Operations. The Senior Management and the Management teams provide leadership and support to all departments.\n\nEHMA is looking for a Policy Manager to lead high-quality policy and research activities that support effective health management across Europe. The Policy Manager will combine policy analysis, research, project delivery and stakeholder engagement to ensure that EHMA contributes credible evidence and a strong health management perspective to European policy discussions.\n\nThe Policy Manager will monitor and analyse European policy developments and relevant policy files, assess their implications for health management, and identify opportunities for EHMA to inform and influence policy. It is an offer for a full-time position of 38 hours per week with an open-end contract.\n\nFor this position, the **monthly gross salary ranges between €3,200 and €3,800** depending on experience and qualifications. A benefits package is provided, including meal vouchers of €8 per day worked, up to €50\u002Fmonth for phone reimbursement, public transport reimbursement, complementary pension plan, hospitalisation insurance including ambulatory and dental care, 13th month, and five days of paid extra-legal holidays over the Christmas period.\n\nThe post will combine in-office and remote work, as well as occasional travel.
